Start or discontinue residential, commercial or new construction property and submit service requests online.

Pay Your Bill, Your Way

View and pay your bill online with our customer portal. You can also pay via kiosk, third-party payment centers nationwide, or via Royal Bank of Canada, CIBC Caribbean Bank and Scotiabank online banking platform.

Receive Usage Alerts

Stay in control of your energy usage and receive usage alerts when you are nearing your preferred limit. Track the weather temperature to gauge how this impacts usage trends.

Report A Power Outage or Hazard

Report an outage, related hazard, streetlight or power quality concern online. Call 946-4313 immediately to report a dangerous condition such as a downed power line, and 911 for emergencies. Report an outage by phone or text OUT to 1-649-332-0059.

Ask us anytime by texting BAL to 1-649-332-0059. This tool allows you to access the balance for up to five accounts. Your phone number must be the same number listed on the account(s). Standard SMS rates apply.
